In God's house are many 'mansions', or positions, one for each of us -John 14:2; Matthew 20:23. When He returns, His reward for us will be with Him, but there still will be lots of work to finish -Isaiah 40:10; 62:11. Your works get you a reward (Ephesians 6:8); works of love and compassion -Matthew 10:42; Matthew 20:21-23
Yoget good at that which you decide and give appropriate attention to. You get really good at that which you decide to love. Include your occupation here.
Once you decide thusly then you'll want to do the best and more because your decision has made the project a part of you, your make up, your personality -Proverbs 10:4; 12:24,27; 13:4; 21:5; 22:29; 27:23; 2Peter 3:14 "Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot and blameless."-Blameless?
We all have 'tons of stuff' to be blamed for? How we gonna get this done? Like hello, is there any hope
One way to ensure that you get the highest spiritual, and physical reward that you personally are capable of, is to get good at the spiritual things (Colossians 3:1), love and its corollary, compassion, for we now serve God in the spirit. Make a decision to put on the new man -Ephesians 4:24.
To overcome the world in you-(hate, greed, selfishness, and other negatives)-one believes in Jesus -1John 5:5. Then it's easy (Matthew 11:28-30; 1John 5:4,5), as the power to change the heart is there See 'Holy Spirit'.

The world has much raw material that can be used; one example.
Peace is needed in many areas, from the home to international relations and into corporate relations, teacher /student, bureaucracy/common folk, etc. In all these is opportunity to do good works.
This-(below first question)-is overcoming and qualifies us for a great reward -Revelation 20:12,13
A little leaven-(meaning, 'error' -Matthew 16:11,12)-counts a great deal -1Corinthians 5:6. We have our part in living up to the purity of God in us by means of His Holy Spirit. We have our part in ensuring others don't lead us astray into an alternate gospel -1Corinthians 15:33; Hebrews 12:15

The reward is not for the lukewarm (Revelation 3:16) but rather, for those who are aggressive in showing concern and those who overcome the downfalls of the normal heart-(carnality), backing it up with the actions necessary to make a difference in another's life. In this way we comfort each other-(1Thessalonians 4:18; 5:11), become better individuals, more able to help where help is needed, have reason for impetus to change ourselves where change is needed, and thus, qualify for a much greater reward
The Kingdom Of God is not for the reticent-(those who hold back in doing good because they fear that they might lose of their physical substance) -Matthew 11:12; Proverbs 3:27,28; Revelation 21:8
The reward is not for those who allow themselves to become distracted by concerns of the world: Philippians 4:6 "Be careful-(original Greek for word 'careful' is 'distracted')-for nothing-(or, 'don't be distracted'); but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." In other words, let nothing distract you from gaining a reward; request things for yourself so you can better serve others and request things for others.-...continues
