-Do we really reap what we sow?

Thank God we generally do not. The universal laws have been set up to be merciful:.Psalms 103:10 "He has not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.".Why?

Only set patterns of ours will manifest in the physical:.Psalms 103:10,11; 2Timothy 1:9. But nonetheless, our lives, our emotions, what it is that makes us what we are, both good and bad, reflect results of our decisions. Our own deeds always correct us, bringing us to the point of decision to become different, to become better.

The law of the universe is set that way by the Great Infinite One, so we can learn to be better. That's why we are here on earth!

The character is always affected. We reap from the precise automatic laws of the universe the Infinite Intelligence has set up:.Galatians 6:7; Job 34:11.

In knowing this, can you see the out? By changing ourselves for the better (what the Bible calls repentance), we alter our future. Life can finally be filled with continuous joy. Of course, you may not believe that, and that is where you presently are in your mind, and you can expect more of the same that has brought you to be the person you presently are.

All in the universe is one underneath it all. Underneath the atom it's all the same energy. What you do to another, you have 'done' to yourseldf, in that you have contributed either negativity of positivity into the 'mass mind', the invisible but real energy field of the universe. Since this energy field's basic operating frequency is that of love (528Hz) the negativity will leave it and come back amplified to the one having created it.

Any uncorrected negatives we may have sown in another's life can certainly come back to haunt us:.2Thessalonians 1:6 "Seeing it is a righteous thing with God.(the Invisible Loving Energy which sustains all there is).to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you." Hebrews 10:30,31 "For we know him that has said, Vengeance belongs unto me, I will recompense, says the Lord....."

It is important to be careful regarding interactions with others, and to clear things up as soon as possible if they go awry:.Ephesians 4:26 "Be you angry, and sin not.(or, 'if you are angry, do not forget and miss the mark of love'). Let not the sun go down upon your wrath." 2Corinthians 7:10,11 "For behold this selfsame thing, that you sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge.(in this case, the man vindicated himself, seeing how wrong he was and changing)! In all things you have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter."

That is why God tells us:.Romans 12:17 "Recompense to no man evil for evil.(have a higher standard). Provide things honest in the sight of all men." Philippians 2:3 ".....in lowliness of mind let each.esteem other better than themselves.".See also...

2Timothy 4:14 "Alexander the coppersmith did me.(Paul).much evil. The Lord rewards him according to his works.".Paul knew how the universe worked, and was content to, as they say, 'leave it in God's hands'.

But does not Proverbs 24:11 say we reap what we sow? And what about:.Jeremiah 17:10 "I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways and according to the fruit of his doings.".In a positive sense, this is true, but not in the negative, as you will soon see.

Many think God rewards our negatives with even more of them, but:.Zechariah 1:6,13,16,17 "But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? And they returned and said: Like as the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways and according to our doings, so hath He dealt with us. And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words. Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies.....My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad and the LORD shall yet comfort ....."; Psalms 126:5; Jeremiah 12:13; Hosea 8:7; 10:12; Micah 6:15; Matthew 6:26; Luke 12:24; John 4:38; 1Corinthians 9:11; Psalms 49:10; Proverbs 13:22; Ecclesiastes 6:1,2.

But God does allow bad things to happen if we are not on the qui vive, such as?

Christ is the one who is to reap the fruit of His work in us:.Matthew 25:24,26 with John 4:36,37; Ephesians 2:10. He is able to reap what He sows. But for the rest of us:.Ecclesiastes 9:11; Matthew 5:45.

This sowing and reaping stuff was in regard to giving money for furthering  the work of the gospel (2Corinthians 9:6; Galatians 6:6-8) and is a good work from the heart that goes toward your reward, and enriches your life now:.2Corinthians 9:11 "Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness.(original is 'singleness of purpose'), which causes through us thanksgiving to God."

It is saying that God understands that one cannot be thankful unless He is enriched in everything. To feel this way in spite of what trials and tests may now be afflicting you, takes God's gift of faith. One feeling lack in his life just cannot feel thankful, like hello, thankful for what? When you believe that Romans 8:28 is true, which is living by faith, even if things are tough on you, know you are above it!

Many are unthankful in life due to where their mind is at – their problems; not enough food, problems with people, etc. They are myopic (nearsightedness) and cannot see far enough to, by faith, see joy."in the morning":.Psalms 30:5,11; Lamentations 3:21-38.

Present circumstances are mostly due to past decisions. Knowing that is how we can, with God's guidance, determine a happier future.

God knows that you need happy occurrences, but maybe you have to learn some things. What else are you here for? One thing to learn; another).

Derek too, had to learn! God knows the good that prosperity in your hand would do. He is here to serve us:.Luke 22:27 ".....I am among you as he that serves.".And, true spiritual people do similarly.

Trials are necessary for what would ensure our joy beyond the physical. After all, we are His workmanship:.Ephesians 2:10.

It is rather amazing how things come back on us. For most people, it is years and even decades later. For others, like this guy, it was real quick!
