51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens and look upon the earth beneath.
For the heavens shall vanish away like smoke and the earth shall wax old
like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner; but
my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
51:16 And I have put my words in thy mouth and I have covered thee
in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations
of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.
52:8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together
shall they sing; for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring
52:9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem;
for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
52:14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more
than any man, and his form more than the sons of men.
52:15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their
mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and
that which they had not heard shall they consider.
53rd chapter Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of
the LORD revealed?
53:2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant and as a root
out of a dry ground. He hath no form nor comeliness
and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
53:3 He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted
with grief; and we hid as it were our faces from him. He was despised,
and we esteemed (value, think about) him not.
53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet
we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for
our iniquities. The chastisement of our
peace was upon him and with his stripes we are
53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we
have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the
iniquity of us all. (that's how much we are loved
by God, and why we could be reconciled
53:7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his
mouth. He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before
her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
53:8 He was taken from prison and from judgment, and who shall declare
his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living. For the
transgression of my people was he stricken.
53:9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his
27:57-60), because he had done no violence, neither was any
deceit in his mouth. (God completed this part of
His plan when Jesus was surrendered to those who would kill Him, and to
the powers of the world to do with him what they would)
53:10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him. He hath put him to grief.
When thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed,
he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in
53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul and shall be satisfied.
By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many, for he
shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion
with the great and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he
hath poured out his soul unto death. And he was numbered
with the transgressors and he bare the sin of many, and made
intercession for the transgressors.

divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto
death. And he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin
many and made intercession
for the transgressors.
54:9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me. For as I have sworn
that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn
that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
54:10 For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed; but
my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my
peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.
54:13 And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall
be the peace of thy children.
54:16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the
fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created
the waster to destroy.
54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every
tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This
is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their righteousness is
of me, saith the LORD.
55:1-3 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he
that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk
without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which
is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently
unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself
in fatness. Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall
live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies
55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while
he is near.
55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my
ways, saith the LORD.
